The product is out of warranty period, no extended warranty application has been made, or the extended warranty period has expired
If you purchased from a seller other than an authorized NIMASO dealer
If you have already received an exchange from an authorized NIMASO retailer
Promotional prizes are not covered by warranty
Product damage due to improper operation by the purchaser
If the product information provided by you in your order number does not match the product information when requesting warranty service
If you fail to provide warranty service information (e.g. order number, photos, or other required product information)
Breakdowns and damage caused by external factors after purchase (load such as pressure, inclusion of liquids/foreign objects, etc.)
If the item is stolen or lost, the buyer no longer has possession of the item and is unable to verify its condition
Damage to the product caused by fire, earthquake, storm or flood, other natural disasters, pollution, etc.
Damage to products other than NIMASO products (machine body, display screen, etc.)
Warranty service is limited to shipping addresses within Japan.
If any trouble occurs during delivery to our company, such as loss, theft, damage, or non-delivery
If the Company determines that the item falls under any of (1) to (12), or if the Company otherwise determines that the item is not covered by the warranty
