If a defect is found in the product, we will cover the shipping costs for return or exchange.
If you wish to return the product for your own reasons
Returns due to customer reasons (due to differences in image, purchase error, etc.) will only be accepted if the product is unopened.
Please contact our customer support at support@nimaso.co.jp within one week of receiving the product. We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you wish to return the product, please attach a photo showing the packaging condition of the product as well as the reason for the return.
If you are returning the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Refund Policy
