If there is a problem with the product

If there is a problem with the product you purchased, in order to respond promptly, please prepare the following information and contact us at the address listed below.

  • Photos and videos showing the problem

If a product defect is confirmed, we will cover the shipping costs for return or exchange.

If you wish to return the product for your own reasons
