Extended warranty
One week after you apply for the extended warranty service, our system will reflect the results of the review on the "Confirm application results" page . We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check the application results on the NIMASO official website "Confirm application results" page .
If the product is defective when it arrives, it will be treated as an initial defect even if it is unused. In the case of an initial defect, the product can be resent once after replacement, even if the resent product is defective. (However, this is limited to the warranty period.)
If you wish to use the extended warranty service, you must register as a member and apply for the extended warranty service (free of charge) within 12 months of receiving the product. Applications for extended warranty are made per order number, and we cannot accept applications for individual product-by-product warranty extensions.
